Christmas Exchange & Returns Policy
For online orders placed from 1st November - 25th December 2026, our returns policy is extended until 31st January 2026.
In store purchases can be returned for a store credit or exchange only.
Refund Policy
If your order wasn't what you expected or didn't arrive in a satisfactory fashion, let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will sort it out. Give us a call on 09 489 4640 or email team@life2005.co.nz, tell us what's happened and we will do our best to make it right.
The Fine Print
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your return to: LIFE FOR MEN RETURNS, 31 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 or alternatively can be returned in person at our boutique.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as grooming products). We also do not accept returns for fragrances, grooming products, sunglasses/eyewear, underwear or socks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, The Outlet or gift cards. All items from The Outlet are Final Sale and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
